About the Panelists:
Cindy Donaldson: Cindy is in her 39th year as an Allstate agent. Her first 18 years were as an agent in Pennsylvania and she has been a New Jersey Allstate agent for 21 years. Cindy sells all types of property and casualty insurance, such as auto, home, boat, motorcycle, condo, renters, landlord, and business insurance as well as life insurance, retirement products and voluntary supplemental benefit products, like critical care, disability, and accident insurance. Craig K. Lordigyan, RHU, REBC, ChHC (Moderator): Craig has more than 24 years of experience in the employee benefits industry and is a partner with the Lordigyan Insurance Agency, LLC. He has been an insurance instructor with Kaplan, NUCO and ALM for over 12 years. He is a past president of his local NAHU chapter as well as their legislative chair. Craig was the 29th person in the U.S. to achieve the Chartered Healthcare Consultant designation by The American College and has achieved several other designations as proof of his dedication to the industry. Craig has been an active member in the National Association of Health Underwriters since he began his career where he obtains daily updates to the regulatory changes in the industry. His dedication to his clients has always been his priority and he often advises his vendors that he works for his clients and everyone else works for him. Erin Misurelli: A local Randolph resident, Erin Misurelli has been a State Farm Agent for 10 years, with 17 years in the industry. She is married to Frank, a Roxbury high school teacher and Varsity football coach. Erin says her greatest accomplishments are her four children Joey (11), Grace (8) and twins Jack and Frankie (5).
