Confidence Life Coach Amy Colombo helps us conquer fear and master confidence and courage.
What if you could use your fear and doubt to build your confidence? “How so,” you may ask? The only way to build authentic confidence is by moving through the exact same fear and doubt that have you stuck. Confidence is built through courage. There is no way around it. Learn how to use your fear and doubt to fuel your confidence and go after what you want.
About the Presenter: Amy Colombo is a Confidence Life Coach, Registered Nurse and a single mother to three boys. She utilized the pause of the pandemic to deep dive into her own healing of her self-sabotaging patterns which stemmed from childhood trauma, depression and rage. This changed her life and led her to her purpose and calling. She has since resigned from her 23 year career in nursing and now coaches women -- people-pleasers, perfectionists and high-achievers -- to break free of their self-sabotaging patterns and live a life of confidence and courage. Amy’s gift in guiding her clients deeply to their own power creates a profound experience of transformation like no other.
