If you answered “yes” to any of these questions, come to our Interest Meeting for volunteering.
We’re looking for fix-it volunteers who are interested in participating in our upcoming Repair Cafés, dates to be determined for May and October 2025. Come and help make our community more sustainable! Come and connect with the community.
By attending the meeting you will help with ideas that together we can bring to life. You are not obligated in any way. We're looking for people who can actively help with repairs of all kinds.
What is a Repair Café? A "Repair Café" is a community-based initiative and movement where people can bring broken household items to be fixed by skilled volunteers, with the goal of reducing waste by repairing items instead of throwing them away. It can be a place to learn basic repair skills and foster a sense of community by sharing knowledge and fixing things together.
