New Jersey Economic Development Authority Small Business Liaison Alberto Garrido will explain in detail available grant opportunities for small businesses in New Jersey. They are designed to help you offset your lease payments when you move into a new location; to help you get reimbursed as much as $50,000 for eligible business expenses; to help you optimize your online presence so your E-Commerce efforts are up to date; and to help you get reimbursed as much as $50,000 in closing costs related to the purchase of a commercial property in New Jersey.
About the Presenter: Alberto Garrido is a Small Business Liaison with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA). His job is to make sure small business owners in our state are aware of the many financial, professional and technical resources available for them, with a main focus on grants for small businesses. Alberto has a background in Communications and has lived, studied and worked in three different continents—helping to shape his understanding of the multicultural world we live in. He has been with the NJEDA since 2021 and he is constantly doing presentations in English and Spanish from Sussex to Cape May and everything in between, attending meetings, conferences, exhibitions and other business-related events where he is able to share information about available NJEDA resources for small businesses in New Jersey.

The Roxbury Township Public Library is a municipal library serving the communities of Succasunna, Ledgewood, Landing, Berkshire Valley, Port Morris, and Kenvil.
