Join the Friends of the Library on their next adventure to the Somerset Patriots Game!
The Friends of the Roxbury Library are excited to invite you to a special summer outing to see the Somerset Patriots play at beautiful TD Bank Ballpark! This fun-filled community event promises an unforgettable evening of baseball, delicious food, and great company—perfect for families, friends, and fans of all ages.
Before the game, guests will enjoy an all-you-can-eat barbecue featuring classic ballpark favorites—think hamburgers, hot dogs, sides, and more—all served fresh in the Patriots’ scenic picnic area. The BBQ will run for 90 minutes and open 1 hour prior to first pitch. Sit and relax in the picnic area while you enjoy the game!
This game will feature the Patriots (Double-A Affiliate of NY Yankee’s) vs the Binghamton Rumble Ponies (Double-A Affiliate of NY Met’s) and Darryl Strawberry will be throwing out the first pitch!
Whether you’re a die-hard baseball enthusiast or just looking for a fun night out, this is a great opportunity to support the library while enjoying one of New Jersey’s favorite pastimes. Tickets are limited, so grab yours early and join the Friends for a memorable evening of food, fun, and baseball!
This trip does not include transportation, individual transportation is required. Parking is $5 at the park, or free at the shopping center across the street.
