About the Instructor: Tracy Kometani started practicing yoga seriously as a complement to her CrossFit routine about three years ago. During this time, it quickly became apparent to her that yoga solved many back, core, and flexibility issues not addressed by CrossFit and weight training. This inspired her to take her practice further and gain more knowledge, hoping to help other people get rid of their back issues and gain flexibility for a stronger, fuller life. Tracy recently completed her 200 Hour Teacher Training with Sweat Hot Yoga in Chester, NJ.
