About the Presenter: Originally from the wide-open skies of Wyoming and now rooted in Rockaway, NJ, Ruth Chandless brings a blend of grounded strength and soulful energy to everything she does. A mom of two, she’s especially passionate about helping kids and mothers learn to self-regulate, slow down, and reconnect with themselves. With 8 years of experience as a Pure Barre instructor, movement has always been her medicine—but discovering breathwork two years ago completely transformed her life. What began as a personal healing practice quickly became a lifeline, supporting her through some of her hardest chapters and awakening a deeper sense of clarity, intuition, and peace. Inspired by breathwork’s impact, Ruth trained under Dean Cramp of Transcend Healing and Breathwork and became a certified breathwork facilitator—and she’s never looked back. She leads her sessions with warmth, humor, and a grounded spiritual presence, creating a space where people feel both safe and empowered. Now pursuing her life-coaching certification, Ruth is devoted to guiding others—moms, kids, and anyone seeking growth—to tap into their inner calm, their courage, and the magic available in every single breath.
