About Vicki Harte: Vicki Harte has worked in the marketing and creative services industry for more than two decades. Over those 20+ years, she’s hired and connected hundreds of vendors, launched thousands of marketing initiatives and has been the catalyst for millions of dollars in lead generation. A multifaceted communicator, relationship builder, and connector, Vicki thrives on accelerating the effectiveness of marketing-savvy businesses by helping them crystallize their strategic thinking. Vicki began her career in the finance industry and quickly knew that her calling was creative in nature. She transitioned to representing commercial illustrators to top agencies in NYC, which led to a successful 18+ year career in the creative staffing industry. As a VP of business development and as marketing director prior to her launch of her own firm and later joining Paradigm Marketing and Design as Director of Client Engagement, Vicki has secured millions of dollars in revenue and developed a keen expertise in marketing. Holding a business management degree from Kean University and a volunteer with the Morris County Chamber’s Women in Business program, the former Chair of the Leadership Morris Alumni Council, she is also the recipient of the M&T 2018 Bank Women of Achievement Award.
