As part of our Business Beyond Basics series in conjunction with the Roxbury Area Chamber of Commerce, professionals discuss the challenges and benefits of five generations in the work place.
For the first time in history, five generations are working side by side in the (virtual) work place. Each with different skills, attitudes and expectations. Because of this, business owners and leaders
can be challenged to inspire the level of harmony and teamwork needed for businesses to drive growth.
A lot of the challenge is caused by the changing nature of the work environment itself. Because of the rapid change in technology, the way we do business is changing which itself is the source
of tension between younger and older workers who have different communication styles and views about work. Join us for a conversation about differences and how we can be best prepared
to successfully navigate generations in our workplace.
