About the Presenter: Nicole Licciardi is a proud Roxbury resident and Chief of Staff at Mars. She is responsible for managing and overseeing special projects that help create unique brand experiences. Licciardi is also an entrepreneur with her own small business, Crazy Diamond Studios, helping small businesses with a wide range of marketing services including websites and branding. As a Seton Hall University graduate, she is an active alumna participating in the mentorship program and volunteers with the non-profit organization Girls Who Code. Most recently, she was the recipient of the Elinor J. Ferdon Young Woman of Promise Award from the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey. Nicole lives in Roxbury with her husband Christian, and they just welcomed her first child. She is excited about sharing her passion for helping small businesses enter the digital world and finding creative ways to target new customers to grow their businesses.
