About the Presenter: Jeannette Howard of Root to Rise Connect is an experienced meditation and yoga teacher, and a certified EFT practitioner. She integrates the ancient wisdom of meditation with new approaches to make meditation accessible to almost everyone. Jeannette enjoys introducing people to this practice, as well as guiding more experienced meditators to go even deeper. Participants come away with a new skill set which will enable them to find their own best way to practice meditation at home.
