Celebrate the "Year of the Snake" with Ellen Ng of Lincoln-Roosevelt School. Hear about the twelve animals of the Chinese New Year, and experience traditional music and origami (paper-folding).
Celebrate the new Lunar New Year (a/k/a Chinese New Year)! Based on the cycles of the moon, this new year, the Year of the Snake, begins January 29, 2025 and is celebrated for 14 days, ending with the lantern festival on February 12th.
During this celebration you will learn more about the twelve animals of the Chinese New Year from our local musical maestro and public school teacher, Mrs. Ellen Ng.
