A free community exchange of children's items for ages 0-16.
Join us next door at the First Presbyterian Church of Succasunna (99 Main Street, Succasunna, NJ, 07876).
This two-day event invites residents to donate gently used children’s items and take home what they can carry—completely free of charge.
Friday, May 1: Donations accepted from 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday, May 2: Donations accepted from 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Exchange open from 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM - Take what you can carry!
Items that you’d like to donate must be clean, in good working order/repair, and have all their parts.
Additionally, the following items must be in original packaging or have tags to be accepted:
Home textiles
Diapers (cloth and disposable)
Teethers and bottles
Important Donation Guidelines:
Items must be manageable in size—anything that cannot reasonably fit in a mid-size SUV will not be accepted.
Items should be light enough for one person to carry.
Donors must remain on-site while their items are reviewed.
All items are accepted on a case-by-case basis; any unaccepted items must be taken back by the donor.
Items That Will Not Be Accepted:
Appliances
Batteries
Bed frames, box springs, or mattresses
Books
Car seats or safety equipment (including helmets)
Cribs or bassinets
Electronics or media players (electronic toys are allowed)
Food, beverages, or expired items
Garbage or hazardous waste
Media such as CDs, DVDs, or video games
Stuffed animals
