Do something kind for yourself! Chair Yoga can lessen the impact of chronic illnesses and pain, as well as calm and relax, leading to a greater feeling of happiness and well-being. Qi Gong improves heart health and stimulates natural energy. No prior experience necessary. Wear comfortable clothing. Instructor – Steve Guttman of Mind Body Dynamics will present this virtual class via Zoom.
