Knife Skills Workshop with Chef T

Chef T from Jeremiah's Catering and Confidence in Cooking will lead a knife skills workshop and demo best techniques for knife sharpening.

Improve your cooking confidence!  At this workshop, you will learn how to slice, dice, chop and more, with Chef T guiding us on how to correctly handle our knives and care for them.

Please bring a chefs knife (the big one in the knife block :) a paring knife (the smallest one in the block :), a cutting board, an orange, a cucumber…Salt is optional:) 

Theresa Navarro also known as Chef, T is the owner and founder of Confidence in Cooking and Jeremiahs catering and cooking studio. Her 37 years of experience, expertise and ownership in the culinary industry, has led her to develop classes for all skills levels in cooking. She is passionate about bringing confidence into the kitchen by breaking down the essential kitchen skills and how to basics.  As an instructor she has developed skills and methods that she loves to share and teach others. Chef T’s biggest aspiration is all about creating a deeper confidence in your kitchen skills and transforming your abilities in the kitchen.
