In this workshop, representatives from The New Jersey Economic Development Authority will share information about small business grant programs.
The New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA) has several products designed to support small and micro-businesses in New Jersey. Alberto Garrido from the Small Business Team at NJEDA will join us to share information about NJEDA Small Business grant programs, along with an overview of additional NJEDA programs that may be of interest to small businesses and community partners.

About the Presenter: Alberto Garrido is a Small Business Liaison with the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (NJEDA). His job is to make sure small businesses in our state are aware of the many financial, professional and technical resources available for them and making sure they take advantage of them, so they can grow, thrive, and become staples of their communities. Alberto has a background in Communications and has lived in three different continents, which has shaped his understanding of the multicultural world we live in. He has been with the NJEDA since 2021 and is constantly doing presentations in English and Spanish throughout New Jersey, speaking at meetings and attending events to share information about the resources provided at the NJEDA.
